Bert has come such a long way since coming up to The Ark – he has learned how to trust, how to share his food and how to walk on a leash. He is a pure gentleman and a favourite with our much younger volunteers, gentle, calm and just going with the flow! Bert also get along well with other female dogs and is currently sharing his kennel with Tori. He is definitely one very special boy who has shown us all about forgiveness. We are hoping that Bert – like all of our other dogs of course! – shall find his forever home very soon.
