Ragga is a small neutered terrier type dog. He is very inquisitive, a bit cheeky and a real lovebug who just loves attention and cuddles! He was found in St. Thomas extremely bedraggled and underweight. After spending some time in boarding, he is now up at the Ark and of course available for adoption.
