Spencer is a young male dog who was found near to the old Ocean Park facility, underweight and flea ridden. Thankfully the kind person who found him was able to foster him until she left the island. Based on his foster family, Spencer gets along well with both kids and other dogs. He is very friendly, loves attention and of course playtime. Spencer is a handsome boy with a sweet disposition and he will no doubt make a great family pet!
